I made this track as the idea of being quarantine really started to sink in. I had just figured out how to make my drum machine work thanks to new found time and decided to put something together now that I can make fully arranged songs. The idea of starting a song with a doorbell has been around for a while (I think I have a different version of the idea somewhere) but this is one of my favorite tracks because the hit at the end really resonates with a sense of triumph and pushing onward for me, regardless of whatever's beyond the next doorway.
